From a short stay to becoming part of the everyday life of Tariki Juku, there are different ways to participate.
Choose the form of participation that is right for you.

Alternative School
Annual Fee ¥2,200,000
Accommodation, meals, and activities are included.
Tariki Juku is a residential Alternative School based on an Equine Centered Form of Life.
Our Goal Is to Make Tariki Juku Free for Children.
We believe that education for children should be available without financial barriers.
Children who choose to learn and grow outside the conventional school system should also be able to choose a place to live and learn regardless of their family’s financial situation.
Through the 1000 Tariki Project, we are working toward a future in which children can choose this Form of Life without paying tuition.

Fudo Pilgrimage
Participation Fee ¥27,500 per day
Step into the everyday Form of Life at Tariki Juku and live alongside horses, people, and the land.
Accommodation, meals, and participation in the daily life of Tariki Juku are included.
The total fee depends on the length of your stay. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your dates.

10 Days Living with Horses
Participation Fee ¥150,000 tax included
Ten days living as part of an Equine Centered Form of Life.
Accommodation, meals, and activities are included.
Children, adults, and families may participate.
04
Become a Person of the Soil
This is not a short-term participation program.
You live at Tariki Juku, take part in the everyday work and operation of the ranch, and learn through living.
Housing, meals, and a place to work are provided.
The period and starting date are decided through discussion with each person.
